KAG Sacco is seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sacco Field
Representative to drive membership growth, facilitate loan processing,
monitoring and recovery, and ensure financial sustainability through
effective field operations.
The Field Representative is tasked with
engaging the Sacco clientele within the geographical region of
Mombasa, encompassing both North Coast and South Coast and Uasin
Gishu, encompassing Nandi, Keiyo and Kiminini in areas
related to member relations, marketing, credit, and debt recovery.
This position is pivotal in the delivery of financial education, the
recruitment of new members, the provision of support for loan
applications, and the oversight of loan repayment processes and
recovery in line with the strategic objectives of KAG Sacco Ltd.
